Massage is one of the most ancient methods of healing. Our therapists are qualified in a range of advanced techniques.

All treatments will be customised to your needs and may contain the following techniques -

• Aromatherapy

Specific blends of oils will stimulate, balance or relax mental responses, and aid in circulatory, muscular and respiratory functions.

• Hot Stone

Uses warm, smoothed volcanic stones. It provides a warm penetrating heat. It is deeply relaxing.

• Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Helps activate the lymphatic system, which is the body’s immune system. Can help reduce fluid retention, and aid in detoxification as it soothes and relaxes the body.

• Swedish

Massage relieves muscular pain and tension, improves circulation with a combination of ‘hands on’ techniques that aid tension in muscles and help pain relief

Indian Head Massage

Is preformed seated in a chair. Therapist works on the shoulders, scalp and face, finishing with a chakra balance. A deeply relaxing treatment and energy is rebalanced from head to toe.

Reiki

Is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’. This is the laying on of hands therapy based on the theory that life force energy flows through us, bringing vitality, balance, harmony and a sense of well-being.

Applies pressure points on specific areas of the feet that correspond to areas of the body. Can release energy blockages and provide an overall tonic for the body.

Ayurvedic Massage

This ayurvedic massage treatment incorporates Indian marma points and includes both Indian and Modern Western massage techniques. Ayurvedic massage oils are chosen in accordance to the clients' dosha ’ to create a synergistic, holistic therapy.

Stone Chakra Balance

Starting at the feet massaging and using placement stones with the aid of three different blends of oils to create harmony throughout the chakras. Strength for the three lower chakras for calming and grounding. Moving onto the hands with Sense, this luxurious blend connects the senses to leave a feeling of well being. Heart and solar plexus chakras open to heal, cleanse and de-stress. Finishing with Spirit, works on the three upper chakras, awakening the spirit to gently encourage calm thoughts and self expression.

Stone Concept Facial

This facial experience incorporates the wonderful benefits of a stone chakra balance and the added luxury of a facial using the unique concept facial products blended with the chakra balancing oils. This treatment together with the connective energy bonding between therapist and client helps to release deep facial tension. The combination is both relaxing, toning and stimulating, suiting all skin types.

Hopi Ear Candles

Centuries old, candling continues to be used as a soothing and relaxing treatment for the ears. A cylinder is gently placed in the ear and lit on the opposite end to create a slow vacuum. With no discomfort, old ear wax and noxious toxins are removed, helping to relieve pressure, wax build up and inner ear blockage.

Indian Promise Ear Candles

Treatment begins with a scalp massage followed by candle application as normal. Application of Spirit oil to the face followed with a massage Whilst this is on massage to the hand and feet with Sense and Strength.
