With this in mind, we at BROOM MILL have put together a package to help you do this in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
Offering incentives and rewards to clients and staff has long been recognised as good business practice, but, usually, using vouchers to do this means an initial capital outlay, with no guarantee that the voucher will be used.
THIS IS WHERE OUR SCHEME IS UNIQUE
We provide you with a starter pack of vouchers and an identification code when you sign up.
You then take control.
You issue a voucher for the amount that you want and add an expiry date if you wish.
(If no expiry date is added it will be subject to normal spa policy ie. No expiry date. This can lessen the efficiency of your effective monitoring process.)
This voucher is then redeemed in the spa and is valid for payment of all spa treatments, special offers package deals and retail products.
Your business will not be invoiced until the end of the month in which the voucher is redeemed. Your invoice will clearly show which vouchers have been redeemed, thereby helping you to monitor the success of the scheme and helping cash flow on a month to month basis.
Better still, since payment is only required for vouchers redeemed with us, none of your money is being wasted.
Payment is then made before the end of the following calendar month, giving a further 30 days credit.
(Failiure to settle the account within that time will constitute a breach of terms and any vouchers presented on your behalf following that date will not be honoured.)
