This new scheme was started in May 2009. Anyone with outstanding vouchers from the old scheme need to send them in or bring them on their next visit and Julie will update your records and give you a New Card and number. |

How The Scheme Works For every £10 spend value, you accrue 1 point. When you accrue 15 points or more you may receive your new card. 15 points entitle you to 1hours free use of the spa facilities (not redeemable against products or treatments). This must be booked as an appointment called loyalty use. Points may be shared but we must again be made aware of this at the time of booking. It is not necessary to book and pay for a treatment at the same time, but you may do so if you wish. Once new cards are given, new points are only added on receipt of payment and presentation of the loyalty card. Hire of towels and dressing gowns is £2.50 but you are quite welcome to bring your own. |
